A Diver’s Guide to the World
Thank you Nat Geo for this gifted book.
One bucket list item my son and I both have is to get our scuba certification, and this next summer we begin that journey! We both sat down with A Diver’s Guide to the World and immediately started adding destinations to our new scuba journey list. The pictures in this book are so colorful and truly transport you to each destination and the tips are excellent!

For last night’s dinner I made Crispy Chipotle Sweet Potato Tacos with Lime Crema from Half-Baked Harvest. However, instead of making tacos, I always turn it into a rice bowl. This is one of my absolute favorite and super easy dinners to make for myself, so I highly recommend it.
