It’s Saturday! Today is another day of recovery and taking it easy for me, and of course watching the Ohio State vs Purdue game. This is is going to be a heated game in our house, since I went Purdue and my husband went to Ohio State.

This month @thrillofthepage and I are reading 𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙 𝘾𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙤𝙤 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙 together. Each day we are reading about 25-30 pages, and I’m loving our slow pace as it’s allowing me to soak up the story more. So far the beautiful writing has completely captured me, and I’ve found that the characters are deep and they immediately suck you into their world and emotions. Right now the story feels like a blend of historical fiction meets a fairytale and mythology. It’s a wonderful and magical mix, and I can’t wait to see how it all comes together.
