Yesterday

It is dangerously cold here and the roads are still icy. I’m beginning to think that this isn’t going to be a pleasant winter. Since, I was stuck at home, I hit the dreadmill and did some organizing and purging of books. after all, I need to make space for books, coming out in 2023.

For dinner I luckily had the ingredients for one of the half-baked harvest’s latest recipes, Saucy Braised Garlic Butter Meatballs with Orzo.

The meatballs themselves were super easy to put together, and I loved how the crockpot version came together and had our house smelling like an Italian restaurant!

Bill and Web said they were amazing and that I have to make them again!
