Centerโs books are perfect for a fun and sweet summer read that I look forward to each year, and ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐บ-๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ (๐ฃ๐๐ฏ: ๐ฒ/๐ฐ) was such a delightful escape from the real world.

I really enjoyed the humor, real world issues, romance, and a bit of Hollywood that kept me turning the pages. However, it was those heavier and more serious issues that Center presented in the story (death, cancer, grief, panic attacks, etc.) that really hooked me and had me emotionally attached to the storyline and the characters. I also enjoyed the deeper parts about believing in yourself and allowing yourself to love and be loved.

I was all for the truly undeniable chemistry between Emma and Charlie, and the way they work themselves from enemies to lovers to friends to lovers was such a sweet development. And, of course, the banter was the best!
