Happy Saturday!! It’s going to be in the upper 90s today, so I’m packing up my pool bag because they have FINALLY opened our town’s pool!

𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧

Yesterday I finished 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 and it lived up to the hype. From the very beginning I didn’t want to put this book down as I lived side by side with the characters. It is a story that had me feeling the whole spectrum of emotions and by the end I just wanted to hug the characters and the book. Thank you @mamas_top_shelf for picking this one for us to buddy read. I LOVED it!

𝗡𝗢𝗪

I’m currently reading 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗳𝗲 (Pub 6/28) with @flowersfavouritefiction and loving it! Well, I should say that I’m playing catch-up. I’m pretty sure she read this one in less than 24 hours, and it’s 458 pages...That should tell you how amazing this story is. I’m definitely finishing it this weekend. If you’re a fan of historical fiction I’m already recommending you preorder this book!

I’m also buddy reading 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 (Pub 7/5) with @thesubstitutelibrarian@furrtheloveofbooks and @mybiblioescape 💗 We just had our first discussion at the 1/3 mark, and each of us are so invested in the characters and where the story is going! It is also the perfect fun summer read to loose yourself in!
