Happy Hanukkah

Tonight at sunset we will light the first candle and begin our eight days of Hanukkah. I thought it would be fun to represent with a book menorah to kick off the first evening!

Yesterday

Well, we tried to go somewhere yesterday, but the roads were solid ice. That meant another day at home snuggling with the dogs.

We are running low on food, but thankfully I had chicken in the freezer and all the ingredients on had to make my family’s favorite Oven Fried Southern Hot Honey Popcorn Chicken. Instead of brussel sprouts I roasted up some carrots.

We also had some entertainment watching The Holiday Train come through our town too!
