January “Maybe”

Happy day two of 2022. I hope you had a wonderful first day of the New Year yesterday! We had a calm day hiding from the cold and cheering on Ohio State in the Rose Bowl.

I’ve loved seeing everyone’s goals they posted yesterday for life and reading.

This year I’m going to keep the goal I had last year of reading more debut books, and I’m going to start making my “maybe” stacks smaller instead of gargantuan. They kinda grew out of control as last year progressed.

As for life - I don’t have any new goals. Just going to enjoy each day, and keep our Sunday family movie night and dessert tradition going (tonight is German Chocolate Cake).

Here’s my first “maybe” stack of 2022! This month is just about mood reading for me, and right now these books are calling my name.
