Daisy Jones & The Six

Rather than write a review for a book pretty much everyone has already read I thought I’d ask some questions instead.

Did you read the book or listen to the audio version? Whose voice was your favorite if you listened to the audio?

I ended up going with the audio version and absolutely loving all the different voices. My favorite voice was Karen‘s. I just loved her peppy, spunky enthusiasm and kindness.

Did you know that the famous actor Benjamin Bratt and actress Jennifer Beals were two of the voices in the audio version!?!

Did you find yourself listening to more music or different types of music while reading this book?

I ended up diving into music from the 70s and a lot of Fleetwood Mac music. I even made playlists for my spin class that revolved around this book.

Since this book was written in a very different style, did you find that it flowed well for you or that you had trouble with it?

I started out reading this book and then switched over to the audio version after so many people commented that they really enjoyed listening to this book. I found myself even more immersed in the story through the audio version rather than reading the interview style writing.

What did you think of the ending?

For me, the ending was spot on... I just loved how as everything fell apart everything came together.
