It’s another snowy and cold weekend here in North Dakota. I’m beginning to feel like this winter is gonna be a long one. 😫 Thank goodness I have some excellent books to curl up with!

I have two buddy reads this weekend. I’m currently reading 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙞𝙢 with @mamas_top_shelf and we can’t put it down. It is quite the emotional story and I just have to know how it comes together.

I’m also reading 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 with @thrillofthepage and this creepy story has hooked me from the first few pages.

I’ve also dove into 𝙃𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙤 and have really enjoyed the setting and drama!

AOTD: I plan out our weekend menus, since it seems to be the only time I can guarantee we will all be home at the same time for dinner. Here is what is on the menu from Half-Baked Harvest:

Saturday’s dinner after basketball is Healthier Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme.

Update: Bill and Web loved these and they were quite easy to make and assemble. Definitely a make again recipe!

I’m making myself this amazing Honey Garlic Salmon Soba Noodle Bowl and it looks beyond yummy!

I’m makings my family Chipotle Chicken Nachos with Jalapeño Yogurt to go with Sunday Night NFL playoffs.
