Half Baked Harvest Super Simple

Hands down a new favorite cookbook that my family will work their way through. We’ve already tried five of the recipes and my 15 year old son has already bookmarked many more for us to make!

The collection of recipes go from breakfast to dessert. I love how there is a picture to go with each recipe. Not to mention the photography is amazing and will have you drooling before you even get to make the scrumptious recipe.

Every recipe I’ve made in this cookbook has impressed me with how easy it is and how beyond delicious. The ingredient list is not complex yet creates very flavorful meals. Not one recipe has been disappointing. They’re are several recipes for Insta pots and slow cookers that also include regular stove-top versions for those who haven’t jumped on the appliance band wagon. There are a lot of yummy recipes I can’t wait to try. Great cookbook!
