I absolutely LOVED this book. I loved it so much that I find it impossible to actually write a review for it that can fully encapsulate everything I felt and experienced while reading it. Following each of the character's struggles, triumphs and eye opening moments in the story was an experience that I havenโt had in a book in ages, and I just want to hold onto them forever.
I also love books that explore second chances, and this story does that in such a unique way. It has the characters exploring what their lives mean and what they want to be remembered for.
Oh! And the grey parrots brought some wonderful humor to the story.

From the very beginning, I knew that not only was this going to be a five star book, but that it was also going to become a lifetime favorite. Truly a heartfelt story that will stay with me, and I hope itโs a book you immediately pick up!
