I really enjoyed getting to know the sisters and how their fates were intertwined, but still were individuals with different desires and witchy gifts. As the story progressed, it was wonderful to see the sisters work together to protect each other even though they harbor their own dreams and desires separate from their lives working and living together.

Also, seeing each sister begin her own journey while weaving in a mystery, obstacles and magic made for an intriguing reading experience.

Oh! And each chapter starts with an explanation of an image that could be found within the tea leaves at the bottom of a cup.
