Today Iโm home and cooking up a storm!
Itโs a brunch kinda day so Iโm making this Easy Zucchini Feta Pie with fresh zucchini from my friendโs garden.
Dinner is Cider Braised Chicken with Caramelized Onions. This is a favorite in our house and easy to make. Iโm also making Wild Rice Pilaf to go with it.
Iโm also trying out this Fudge Frosted Chocolate Olive Oil Sheet Cake to take to Spin tomorrow.
