This weekend is all about the buddy reads!
Today Iโm going to finish ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐๐. Iโve been reading this one with @sirbarksalotbooks and we are both huge fans of historical fiction and the story of the Romanov family.
Tonight Iโll pick up ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ with @mamas_top_shelf and Iโm sure we will fly through it. Each moth we have been chipping away at the many books we have left to read on Cohoโs back list.
Tomorrow I start ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐ with @jennyw_reads for our monthly read. Itโs so hard to believe we have been buddy reading for two years now! Iโve just loved our discussions and having a friend across the pond๐
Whatโs Cooking
On Thursday we made a new recipe from Half-Baked Harvest. This Spicy Garlic Lemon Butter Shrimp with Parmesan Corn Polenta was beyond delicious and Web and I devoured it. I did make one adjustment and switch out the water for chicken broth while making the polenta to add more flavor.
Tonight is taco night and itโs more from Half-Baked Harvest with Crockpot Chicken Tinga Tacos and Sheet Pan Chipotle Salmon Tacos with Pineapple Mango Salsa.
