First, I hope everyone is safe and warm today as we all seem to be getting hit with this Arctic weather

This weekend we are home with the fireplace running and me complaining on my dreadmill (stuck on my treadmill since going outside can literally freeze you to death). Sunday is also our last evening of Hanukkah! I’m thinking of making this new recipe I saw for an Orange Spiced Layer Cake (I’ll share the recipe in stories).
