ALL THE STARS people! ALL THE STARS!! 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗙𝗶𝗳𝗲 is a book every single person needs to read! So just skip reading my review, head to the bookstore and get it now! Chop chop!!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆?

I absolutely LOVED this book, and it really is one of those stories where I can’t possibly write a review that can fully encompass how truly spectacular and moving every aspect was.

Following Frederick’s life and that of the characters in the story was an experience that I haven’t had in a while and just wanted to hold onto every moment. Plus, Frederick is the kind of man you wish you had in your life. Truly such a kind, caring and helpful man.

I also love books that explore second chances, and this story does that in such a unique and touching way.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲?

I could not put this fast paced story down, and finished it in less than 24 hours!

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸?

I laughed, I cried, I wanted to hug this book! The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fife is a story I will never forget and always recommend. There is no doubt in my mind that this will forever be a lifetime favorite book, and I’m sure others who have read it agree wholeheartedly. This is an absolute must read for everyone and I cannot put into words how much I recommend it!

Weekend

This weekend I’m getting some very brown bananas used up in my favorite banana bread recipe from Kroll’s Korner.

And since we are hitting colder temperatures, I’m embracing soup season and made Creamy White Chicken Chili.
