Review-ish & Yesterday
Thank you Celadon Books for this gifted copy.
I don’t believe in rating memoirs since this is someone telling their story while being vulnerable (everyone deserves 5 stars for that), and therefore I have no right to critique or have an opinion. Instead, I prefer to share how I felt while reading.
I have such fond memories of watching “The Fonz” on Happy Days while growing up, and then as Winkler’s career progressed and expanded, to the deeper rolls he had in dramas and comedies during my adult years.
This was such and uplifting and inspiring memoir full of heart and humor. Henry Winkler came across as such a humble man who stayed so far away from all the Hollywood stereotypes. I had no idea he was dyslexic, and really appreciated how he shared his struggles with that while having a job that is all about reading and memorization. Just beyond inspiring!

AOTD: Yes and I remember all of them, but I forgotten how to find the area of a hexagon or anything else from my geometry and algebra classes😂
Yesterday
I was home yesterday and needed to cook up something since the fridge was pretty bare, so I made one of my new favorites 20 Minute Hidden Veggie Chicken Dumpling Soup from Half Baked Harvest.
I also dove into a new book, The Helsinki Affair and I’m already into this intricate spy and murder mystery!
It was also a beautiful and way warmer than normal day with a high of 54°, so of course I got in a few walks!
